Batido de Frutos Rojos

Batidos are fruit based milkshakes and are perfect to beat the heat of summer. Of course if you happen to live on the equator like we do batidos are perfect to beat the everyday heat! Seven out of seven Downings highly recommend this wonderful Ecuadorian experience.

Ingredients
1 Serving


One cup of unsweetened natural yogurt
15 raspberries
1/2 apple
10 grams of almond, filleted
10 grams of blueberry
Honey to taste
Preparation
Sanitize the raspberries.
Add the yogurt, half an apple, blueberries, almonds, honey and finally the raspberries to the blender.
Blend until all the ingredients are well mixed.
