We would like to thank everyone for your prayers as we were at H.e.a.r.t. Village in Florida for our missionary training. We were very blessed to be a part of a great summer semester. We are excited to share in future posts more of what we experienced at h.e.a.r.t.
In this post we want to highlight a couple of other important things.
First, we are rapidly approaching our one year commissioning anniversary. Last year we were commissioned as missionaries at the North American Convention of the Church of God. We are excited to once again be a part of NAC in Oklahoma City. We look forward to connecting with friends and meeting new friends. If you are going to be in OKC at the convention please look for us and say hello. We would love to connect with you there!
Second, we are happy to announce that we are at 80% of our budget goal!
We are so thankful to everyone who has given to help us come this far. When we arrived at our 75% goal, we were given a generous donation that helped bump us up to our current percentage. We are still looking for new partners. It is of up-most importance to us that we are able to leave for language training on our projected August leave date. We have been traveling all over the U.S. raising funds and quite frankly we need the stability that language school will provide for our children. We would love to enroll our kids in one school for the year instead of uprooting them half way through the school year to move to an unfamiliar country and a new school. We are in need of $26,812 in new living link pledges to make our goal. If you are already a partner in ministry we want to thank you, your partnership encourages us and enables us to do far more than we could without you!
